Oto prosty przepis na ciasto migdałowe:
Ingredients:
– 1 ½ cups almond flour
– ½ cup of sugar
– ½ cup of butter
– ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
– 2 eggs
– 1 teaspoon of baking powder
– 1 teaspoon of almond extract
– A pinch of salt
– Almond flakes (optional, for decoration)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line the bottom of a springform pan or baking tin (approximately 22-24 cm in diameter) with baking paper to prevent the cake from sticking.
2. In a large bowl, combine room-temperature butter and sugar. Beat until smooth.
3. Add the eggs and almond extract. Continue beating on medium speed until all ingredients are combined.
4. In a separate bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt.
5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing gently until everything is well combined and a smooth dough is formed.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly on the bottom.
7. Optionally, sprinkle almond flakes on top of the cake.
8. Bake the cake in the preheated oven for approximately 25-30 minutes or until the cake is golden brown and the center comes out clean when pierced with a toothpick or skewer.
9. Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the tin for a few minutes, then remove it from the tin and place it on a wire rack to cool.
10. Gdy ciasto migdałowe jest już całkowicie ostudzone, można je podać. Możesz je także posypać cukrem pudrem lub podać z bitą śmietaną lub lodami, jeśli lubisz.
